In 2020, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Natalia and Ismael Roman launched our restaurant’s e-commerce platform with a single mission: to bring the authentic flavors of Paraguay straight to your doorstep. As lockdowns made it difficult for many customers to visit us—whether due to state restrictions or the safety of staying at home—we realized there was a growing need for a new way to connect people to the foods they love.

Determined to meet this challenge, we embarked on a journey to create something truly unique. We collaborated with experts in Paraguay to develop a professional website and design a fresh, new branding image that reflected the essence of our heritage. It was a long and difficult process, filled with learning curves and hurdles, but we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished.

Our e-commerce platform is the first of its kind, offering an extensive selection of Paraguayan products. While other websites may feature some Paraguayan items, nothing compares to the range and authenticity of what we provide. We partnered with the FDA to ensure compliance with all regulations, particularly for perishable food shipping, and spent countless hours researching best practices to guarantee the quality and safety of our products.

Thanks to the support of our loyal customers, what started as a small venture to serve the U.S. has grown into a global initiative. In 2024, we proudly expanded our reach to customers in Mexico, Canada, and Europe, making it easier than ever for Paraguayans and enthusiasts of our culture to enjoy the tastes of home.

Through this digital hub, we offer some of our most popular dishes, including empanadas, sopa Paraguaya, chipa guazú, chipa almidón, and chipa so’o, among others. We also feature a wide selection of non-perishable products sourced directly from Paraguay, allowing customers to stock their pantries with authentic flavors and ingredients.
