At I Love Paraguay, we are committed to delivering your favorite products efficiently while ensuring the quality and freshness of every item. Please review our shipping and order processing policies below:

How Long Does It Take to Process an Order?

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping.
  • We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please remember we are a team of humans, working with human hands and human brains. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

What About Shipping?

We ship I Love Paraguay products both domestically and to select international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location:

  • If you live near us in New York, your order will arrive faster than if you live in Hawaii or other distant locations.

Shipping Timelines:

  • Perishable products (United States Only): Shipped via 2nd Day Air, Monday through Wednesday, for orders received before 4:00 PM EST. 
  • Non-Perishable Products (Domestic & International): Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery within the U.S. Shipping times for international orders depend on the destination and carrier availability.

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
  • Need Assistance? If you require help with your order, please email us at ilovepyrestaurant@hotmail.com immediately. Note that changes cannot be made to orders after they have shipped.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors provided during purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (excluding the shipping fee) and ask you to place a new order.
